 About Us- TerraWorks
Construction and Landscape, Inc. has been installing landscapes in the Wasatch Front area since 2001,
and servicing existing landscapes since 1994. The company was started by Paul Sannar at the age of 12
as PSS Landscaping and was later changed to TerraWorks to allow customers to understand the full
capabilities we offer. Since then, the company has grown steadily to the point where we now serve
customers in the residential and commerical landscaping industry. We employ a year-round staff
plus a crew of seasonal employees. We've replaced our first pickup with a fleet of trucks,
trailers, and equipment, but the real key to our success is that we are still willing and able to
do the "hands-on" hard work to meet the needs of our customers.
We offer custom sprinkler design and installation for residential, commercial, and industrial
projects as well as sports complexes. Our installations have ranged in size from the Watkins Motorlines
terminal with a 4 inch sprinkler mainline, to the smallest residential system customized for a
specific landscape area.
We use only top-of-the-line materials from the industry's leading manufacturers, such as Hunter
and Rain Bird. The sprinkler heads are of pop-up design to retract into the ground, out of sight,
when not operating. For large commercial projects and sports fields, we use Hunter professional
rotors which cover large turf areas efficiently.
All of our new systems are warranted for defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of one
year from date of installation.
